Amelie2016 116 Posted February 8, 2016 I don't understand, 4k? Shortly after surgery? Were you an athlete before? =)
anams820 25 Posted February 8, 2016 Haha no. But since I have only been walking 1k for this week I figured I would try a Little harder. But my body said no lol. Lesson learned
Pescador 1,374 Posted February 8, 2016 I cannot imagine. But seriously good for you! I move like a turtle!
Amelie2016 116 Posted February 8, 2016 Ah ok, well congrats!Wow, I was rather sedentary before, so I know regular exercising is going to be a goal for me! I was reading exercise expectations, 3 months out of WLS. HA! I am a gamer and artist, I paint. The only time I moved was to go to dog park with my rescue or clean up after dog and myself and husband. Grocery shop etc, laundry. I mean, all that stuff adds up but it's not like I was doing timed cardio or anything. Wow, this is going to be a challenge, but then I might get hooked! Who knows!
