Leesa926 72 Posted February 7, 2016 (edited) I over ate tonight. Didn't get sick just know I shouldn't have. I'm not really worried of going off plan often, I don't have the urge really but was making super bowl sandwiches. What I am worried about is somehow ruining my sleeve, stretching it out or losing restriction because of a stupid move. Realistically I know 1x won't do that but it's my biggest fear. Anyone else? Anything to put my mind at ease, I can't even sleep.< /p> Edited February 7, 2016 by Leesa926
ididit34 91 Posted February 7, 2016 The only useful advice that I can offer is to just be conscious of being mindful of what you eat, Something like a one time event is not a red flag to me. However, if this is happening more often than not ...then there's a cause for concern. I say this to say that we all know where we are coming from and eventually where we want to be. Mindfulness, in my opinion, is what keeps us on track to get to the weight we ultimately want to be!
shriner37 249 Posted February 7, 2016 FIDO - Forget It, Drive On You will not ever be able to achieve 100% compliance with your new routine. They key is to keep those variances to a minimum so they don't become routine. We need to accept our dietary slip-ups and failures in the proper context. One poorly selected meal won't ruin your sleeve or change your overall program outcome. The key is to recognize when we stray from our programs and correct ourselves before these things slip into our routine and become the new normal.
