I have the flex...that tracks your steps, calories, hours of activity, and your sleep. It was given to me as a gift so I'm not sure how much it costs...I used to have the zip. That is the most basic one that tracks steps, activity and calories but not sleep. There are some of a higher grade that are more like watches but to be honest I am very happy with my flex. It is worn on the wrist and has a charger, the charge usually lasts 2-3 days.

Man, this makes me want a fitbit! I just can't justifying it while my old jawbone UP still works. If it breaks I may have to splurge.
