So my surgery is on 3/8 and I've been having nightmares about the morning of surgery (not eating or drinking) and the liquid diet the day before!!! Lol how wierd my subconscious must be freaked out about messing up!! I thought I would be more nervous about the surgery not the preop stuff!!

I understand, mine is in the morning and I've been salivating at food. Hopefully, it gets better. Good luck !

My surgery is in the morning. This Clear Liquids only is absolute torture. A smell of any kind is so distracting lol can't wait for tomorrow though!!!!

No clear liquids for me. Just a weird pre op diet. I'm tomorrow too.

I had mine March 3 and the pain wasn't that bad to me like a 5 but the Nausea was Horrible but they gave me something then I was okay Water intake was okay I was able to get a lot down I guess it depends on the person but make sure you walk because the GAS PAIN is the worst so walk walk walk mine is a lot better now and sleeping I had to sleep sitting up the first night home but last night I slept in the bed it's going good just trying to get these fluids down because if you try and Gulp the fluids down trust me you will know it you will do great I'm praying for you.????????
