Lol I five days to go and gave to clean, wash clothes, get daughter hair cut...etc found out the insurance coordinator in the office did not send in the clinic notes and when the insurance company reached out she STILL did not send it. So my paperwork just sat there for a week!!! I possibly could have had an answer by now.
tbella67 19 Posted February 18, 2016 My surgeons office will not allow the 3 month process with Aetna because they said it was considered the fast track. Per the clinical bulletin it was not called that. Very dissapointed but what can I do about it.

tbella67 19 Posted February 18, 2016 Yes I can. Just didn't know how to go abut it since I have already started with this one. I even called Aetna and they never told me the stuff that the office said had to be done.
1excited 15 Posted February 18, 2016 (edited) Yes I can. Just didn't know how to go abut it since I have already started with this one. I even called Aetna and they never told me the stuff that the office said had to be done. I considered changing 2 months in. I called the new surgeon's office and they told me all they would need is all the notes from the current doctor I am seeing. It would have been fairly easy. I think the only thing Aetna looks for is 3 consecutive months. Edited February 18, 2016 by 1excited
