Is this part of a rhyme "5 foot 2, eyes of blue". Need more info, like what type of surgery did you have? How much weight did you lose?

Just saw this, havent been on in quite a long time, gastric bypass on 2-17-16. Lost 70 lbs, totally been bad for about 3 months gained back 10 lbs, so mad at myself, going full fledge starting tomorrow
