Daisee68 2,493 Posted February 3, 2016 My NUT (post-op) says I just need equal to or less than my Protein. Some NUTs allow greater carbs than protein. I have always tried to stay around 50-55g carbs and done well with that. I am recently trying to increase my calories to closer to 1000 and it breaks down as 105g protein / 75g carbs and 30g fat.
