I am in my 5th week of the options program and am very excited and nervous! Can I lose more than the 50%.weight loss with the sleeve? I was hoping for more like 60% weight loss

I don't know what the options program is, but I lost half my body weight and have been maintaining a normal size/weight for a few years.
