srina076 2 Posted February 2, 2016 I just started my puree diet and having a difficult time getting in my Protein. Tonight I opened a can of black Beans drained them and then smashed them as they cooked on the stove. Top it with a lil cheese. It was so good and didn't feel like I was eating baby food. axlr8n 161 Posted February 7, 2016 Greek yogurt has a lot more Protein than regular yogurt. In fact, many of the things we think of as yogurt aren't really yogurt and don't even say yogurt on the container (Yoplait Light). Check the label for protein, fat, and sugar and you'll be surprised at the differences. Why Greek yogurt?
