Relying on feeling full or amount you can eat versus portions

@@smallbmi Are you taking anything for your acid issues? I am on a PPI twice a day and that keeps my acid in check. Though it's not ideal, it's better than carrying around 100 extra pounds, so a small price to pay.

Yes I take one at 430 or I pay for it at night I tried to convince my doctor for two per day but he changed my one Ned to a prescription that causes my stomachs to empty faster - it makes me have really bad stinky gas darts so I have stopped

I can't have anything with Spuce or Tomato or it gets ugly - not sure if two per day would help cause I can't think about taco meat for dinner even after my daily pill

I drink a lot of warm things to tame her down .., I am at six months out now with reflux so I imagine I will have it for life now .......
