Frankienow 0 Posted February 20, 2016 I to was sleeved on Jan 20, start soft foods today. I was at 238 and now at 216. Protein Shakes became my enemy , so I was told to go to powder and put in food. I am supposed to still be on soft foods and no meat yet but I've slowly added in some very moist tuna for something different a couple times. Is anyone on softies having BM issues? butterfly** 39 Posted February 20, 2016 No Bm issues here. Sometimes I may skip a day but I don't worry about it. Today, for lunch, I had 1 slice of Swiss cheese with one slice of turkey on top then spread a laughing cow wedge rolled it up and sliced into small pieces. I chewed it very well. It went down ok but had to walk around a bit for it to slide down. It was delicious and satisfying and best of all I calculated it be 16.5 grams of Protein. I cannot tolerate the Protein Shakes anymore, they upset my stomach. Still struggling with Water due to nausea. Down 32 lbs. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
RoadToMe 28 Posted February 20, 2016 I have taken Miralax a couple times for bm issues. We have a powdered form of it so I just mix it with Water and you don't even taste it.
