Hi! Congratulations on your amazing results. I am almost one year out from my surgery I had 3/16/15. My HW was 213, SW 198. I am currently stuck at 135 for the past month. I would love to be 116! These last pounds are the hardest. I work out pretty frequently. Any tips on tackling these last pounds? :)

Wow! Congratulations. Dare I hope for similar results? I'm just starting the process and I'm also 5'6" and about 245 lbs. Hoping I can be a successful as you have.
