Yogurt....I need help!

Recommended Posts

On my meal plan I am allowed light Greek yogurt. Is that the same as low fat? I see many non-fat Greek yogurts but can't find light or low fat. They also want it sweetened with artificial sweeteners. I'm so confused-.....please help.

I eat the Fage Greek yogurt 0% total, by itself it doesn't taste that good, but I add crystal light fruit punch and I love it. Some other people told me to add Torani sugar free Syrup or Jello of course sugar free. This yogurt is high in Protein and low carbs post-260556-145411331016_thumb.jpg

I don't know what you were told. I can only speak for what I was told. My NUT currently recommends Oikos Triple Zero in the black container. It's nonfat, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners or something like that. And it's pretty good. I also do the Dannon Fit and Light (or Light and Fit) nonfat Greek yogurt. I was definitely told nonfat greek yogurt. Sometimes I get the plain and add my own fruit but I'm 2 years out. I couldn't have added fruit at the beginning. AT the beginning I added sugar free Jello to give it some flavor. But I see someone said they add Crystal Light--wish I had thought of that! It's cool to get creative!

I like Light and Fit Greek by Dannon.

If you are unsure about what your program requires it is perfectly acceptable to give your NUT a call and ask.

I also do the Oikos triple zero. It's pretty good. I like the fruit flavors, especially banana.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
