Man o man this shoulder pain ain't no joke! Worse part by far. I have my heating pad on it while sitting and I am up a lot because that helps but I get tired and sit and it is the worst!!!!

How is the gas today

Gas is better today. I tell you I have never burped so much in my life. Feel like I'll get more fluids in today but the head hunger is pretty miserable. I've been on liquids for so long I am dying to chew some food. I know I'm not hungry but it's really annoying. At this point I reall hate Soup and I have til the 10th for soft foods. Dreaming of a scrambled egg that's for sure!

Don't over cook them I added some ketchup to keep them loose. Glad to hear about the gas. I am just feeling weak

Be careful with ketchup. It has a lot of sugar and most usually in the form of high fructose corn Syrup which my surgeon is vehement about avoiding.

Totally agree with you, for most people avoiding sweets is a problem ketchup will be my downfall
