Good Multivitamin with B-12

hey i was jus wonder what everyone took as a daily Multivitamin which contains b-12???:help:

Hi! I think that the Viactiv chewables are great. I have a chocolate one every night. It has 100% of the recommended daily amount and is yummy too.

If you are having trouble with your B12 levels then I would suggest taking a separate B12 Vitamin. My B12 was low before surgery and I was on shots and Super B Complex Vitamin and could not get my B12 up. I am currently taking the B12 sublingual that you can put under the tongue. My levels have gone up and I no longer need the shots. I also started taking Metanx prescribed by my Nuerologist because I am loosing sensation in different areas. This has active B12 and is fairly new and I have introduced my PCP and podiatrist to the medication.
