MrsKarenC2008 622 Posted January 26, 2016 Hey everyone! 6 month blood work results are in! All is within perfect guidelines ... BUT Doc says I need to get my good cholesterol UP .... its too low ... Ok ... so how do I do that? The phone conversation I had with the nurse just now was short and sweet and she really didn't give me the chance to ask ... I didn't fret about it ... Because I have all of you! So if you guys could give me a clue here .... I'd appreciate it !
ExplosiveAmnesia 8 Posted January 26, 2016 @@MrsKarenC2008 I have issues with low HDL as well. My doctor says exercise is the best way to increase it. My LDL is also extremely low, so my doctor thinks I may be at a good balance.
