dibaby-what kind of Beans do you eat?

Mostly kidney Beans I would say. I love them in turkey chili (my best band meal) and on top of a salad. I also use non-fat refried beans alot. You can make a taco and not even miss the meat.

Black beans, navy beans...eat alot of beans in Soup. I don't even know what kind really I just see beans and I know thats a good bet.

I'm kind of bad with Protein. I can't stand to count grams. I just really try and focus on high Protein foods and figure it'll work out. So far so good after 4 years. Did you know that Special K Cereal had 8 grams of protein per serving and thats before the skim milk!

What is powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury?

And what about Atkins Protein shakes?, are the any good for you?

Unjury is a brand of Protein. Welcome to the UNJURY Homepage

Atkins... the protein/calorie ration is not great. I use them every now and again because they come in a can and are convenient. But I don't know about quality one way or another. I would have to look at the label and see their QA process.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
