Lisa16 0 Posted January 25, 2016 Hi this is my first time on the site. I'm one week out of surgery and feel weak in the mornings. Is this normal?
Proud2BMe 1,016 Posted January 25, 2016 Yes. You should steadily improve from here on out. If you have concerns then speak with your doctor.
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted January 25, 2016 You probably won't feel 100% right away. Do your best to get in all of your Protein and fluids and take your Vitamins when instructed. All of these will help you to get your energy back as you heal.
friarmyth 0 Posted January 25, 2016 I felt terrible in the mornings for a while. I wound up having some complications so I'm sure it will go away for you faster than it did for me, but yeah, I'd say feeling weak in the mornings is totally normal. Advice: coffee makes it worse, and don't take a hot shower-- it taxes the body too much.
