My first puréed meal

Ok so my 14 days is tomorrow but I couldn't resist. I so longed for a "real meal"...

I can't say enough about Shelly.

She has tons of great ideas but the Ricotta bake is to die for (for me). Every bite was enjoyable and the recipe makes plenty for a couple days worth of lunches!

That ricotta recipe sounds amazing! I'm at 2 1/2 weeks & have an appointment w/ nutritionist tomorrow to transition into thin purées & I SO can't wait to make the ricotta dish!!! Thanks for sharing!

Did you have to puree the ricotta bake anymore or could you just eat it like it came out the oven?

I could eat it straight out of the oven--it very easily melts in your mouth by barely chewing.
