Have my appt with surgeon this morning and am praying for some type of relief. I'm too afraid to take my pain meds because I know that adds to the Constipation. Juan2BHealthE 12 Posted January 28, 2016 Just an FYI update. It turns out my pain and misery had nothing to do with Constipation. The tube from my drain had somehow slipped and worked its way down near my lower intestines. Once they removed the drain I was 100% better. Didn't even have a BM for another 2+ days but felt great.
