Hiatal hernia repair during sleeve

So do you then have 5 holes or 6 if you have a hernia repaired at the same time?

I had the same 5, they used the same holes.

I had a pretty severe hiatal hernia that I wasn't aware of until my pre-op EGD. It was causing me symptoms and everything...I was just brush them off.

After the surgery I think that is one of the reasons I felt so freaking amazing, because I wasn't having that dang hernia causing me issues any longer... so I felt 100% better because of that and post-op recovery was a breeze for me.

The only annoyance I have from it is that I can't lift weights for 6 more weeks due to the repair... I want to start now!
