shmily 424 Posted January 23, 2016 I know my pouch is still good because I still cannot eat much......Eating on a cruise with all the food in your face was hard. I still put Protein first but a couple of times just threw up because I was so miserable..I finally asked for smaller portions and that helped but I just have started putting in too many calories Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jj7481 363 Posted January 23, 2016 Go back to basics and the foundation of your weight loss. Concentrate on portions, chewing, and slowing down your eating. Make sure you are getting plenty of Water.
