Top heavey now and back is killing me, what to do?

I am glad that I have always had relatively smallish boobs. The largest they crawled up to was a C-cup. I also find bras fiendishly uncomfortable to wear and never wear them in the house. I do have to wear them outside, however, because otherwise it looks like I am housing a pair of crazed rats underneath my shirt when I walk. I always wear jog bras. They are the least annoying. They are old boobs; I now fail the pencil test. Ugh! :phanvan

My aunt who is about 60 just had breast redction surgery because of horrible back and neck pain. Her only regret is not having it done 20 years ago. She says she feels like a new person and even her fibromyalgia seems better! About the chiros - I had a quack years ago and didn't know any better. Had me seeing him 3/week - milked the insurance co. Now I have a new guy who is AWESOME. I see him when I need to which is quite infrequently. there are several "schools" of chiropractic from what I've learned. My dr follows the gestalt (sp?) method. Good Luck

Good Chiropatric info, Pam. I've never used one, but have friends who believe in them almost religiously. Finding a great one is the trick!

My girls are too big too, Boo Boo. But not to the point of wreaking havoc on my neck and back. I can't imagine having to put up with the pain of it all. :cry

Green I'll never forget when I was at a party with a new boyfriend once and the topic of discussion was the "pencil test" and who in the room could pass. I was totally mortified. Fortunately for my self-esteem I was deemed to be able to pass, but it was such a terrible feeling to have people talking about our anatomy like that so I suggested we find a ruler and figure out which guy had the biggest johnson. The girls giggled and said, YES! And the guys changed the subject and started talking about sports betting. PIGS! (I have never felt comfortable in a sports bra, even when participating in sports. There must be a trick to finding the proper fit or is it the material that makes them comfortable?) :)

I have got a friend who is a 38 double A. You can't even find a 38 A bra anywhere in my city. They don't make 'em. I made it my mission to look.

She has been my friend since we were in our 20s. I used to be very envious of her. She was a tall, willowy blonde with long slender arms and legs, and she could tan - unlike me. She also weighed between 15-20 lbs less than me. Then she hit menopause and turned into her mother just as I turned into mine. Now she is a cobby 200+ and has thick calves. (She is boobfree, though.) I turned into my mother; all my fat went onto my torso and so I retained the delicate calves of a racehorse. My post-menopausal mother used to say about herself that she looked just like a spider with an egg sac and so did I before I was banded. Great arms and legs and a body like a loveseat. blehhhh! :tired

Well being a short little stob of a girl, I have stumpy legs. Always had a very wasp like figure, pre obesity, but the legs... stumps. Hardly any ankles so as you'd notice. Most men like good legs with nice ankles. They don't really notice tiny waists. Big boobs, yes. Great legs, yes. Nice Booty, yes. But the booty isn't even all that important if you have great legs. And blond hair.

Tho I have to admit that... I had big butt and I cannot lie. Those other brothers can't deny... they got "sprung"! They could have written that song with me in mind. :heh: Woo-hoo! :)

Ah, now Green is good at being an ass but she has always had a lousy ass! No junk in her trunk! *sob* My butt has always been flat and kind of squarish, not high, round, and perky. Bummer....

Had a good friend with a flat butt. Otherwise she was a striking beauty, but she always wanted a more curvy bottom. She worked with a trainer and he got her using a stair stepper and sure enough, she developed a bubble butt. :)

That's my problem. I started wearing very padded 38B's because no one makes a 38A. I haven't worn a bra that actually fits me since I was in 7th grade.

:cryThe only butts that I have seen which resemble mine belong to Polish men. I used to work along side a number of them and so I know what I am talking about. Now, it is true that my father was Polish Jew. I figure there certainly is a little bit of Slavic ancestry there and this has chosen to manifest itself in the shape of my arse, the arse of a Polish dude. And when I was travelling in Russia men would come up to me talking in Slav and say, "Polska?" And I would look at 'em straight in the eye and say, "nyet," which was one of the four words in Russian which I knew.

They must have been examining my butt. :faint:

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
