Here's what I have to eat in a typical day to get 100 grams of protiein:

2 Protein shakes or bars

1 string cheese stick

A whole container of Greek yogurt

3-5 ounces of some sort of meat for lunch

3-5 more ounces of some sort of meat for dinner

Mayb that's where I,m goin wrong. I will try t include Protein throughout th day instead of at end of day. I did ask about tryin t include Protein at lunch time but was told don't worry about it, u only need 100 grams so can have it in evenin meal. But now I will take some protein Snacks t work with me and include protein in my lunch

There is no way I could eat 100 grams of protein in one meal. Who told you that? That is crazy!

No way 100 gm of Protein One meal! Especially our size meals.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
