I did ask about tryin t include Protein at lunch time but was told don't worry about it, u only need 100 grams so can have it in evenin meal. But now I will take some protein Snacks t work with me and include protein in my lunchThere is no way I could eat 100 grams of protein in one meal. Who told you that? That is crazy!
