I have tried these but for me they behave exactly like bread. I can eat one or two bites and it hurts. I stopped buying them.

If I have bread it's usually a whole grain and it has to be toasted well done.

Because of the Lap Band, one of the first things that became intolerable for me to eat where breads, wraps, or anything similar...

as i said, you have to be able to digest them, some people can , some cant. , as with all things what works for one persons diet may not work for another. And i only recommend carbs etc after you hit goal. i use the flat out flats for my hummus pizza
