Good luck, I had my surgery this past Friday (outpatient), all is going well, but my sleep schedule is all messed up. OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted February 21, 2016 I walk, do yoga and lift weights. I love Orange Fitess and really want to do it 3 times a week, but it is too far away, 45 minutes one way. My preference would be to swim laps, but their are no good pools in my area. I plan on buying a bike in the next couple of weeks and add bike riding in. I try not to make my workouts too intense. They stress my body and cause me to hold weight. I also find high intensity makes me ravenously hungry in the past. I hate posting in fitness threads as much as stall tgreads and what to eat threads.
