Nurse_Lenora 903 Posted January 19, 2016 I currently have a Withings scale and I'm not sure I'm thrilled with it. So, what scales do you have and have you found it to be accurate?? I'm a firm believer in the stick to one scale mantra but I have lost faith in my one scale.

Dub 9,922 Posted January 19, 2016 I bought this one from this seller: http://www.oldwillknottscales.com/my-weigh-xl550.html Zero complaints.
Daisee68 2,493 Posted January 19, 2016 I also have a Weight Watchers digital scale. It has 5 buttons to save weight for 5 different people. The cool thing about that for me is that I actually have one set showing my weight from when I first started to consider WLS and one from the morning of surgery. It is pretty cool to go back to those just to see I am not dreaming! I find it to be very accurate even after owning it for over 5 years (don't quite remember how long I have owned it past that). Djmohr 6,965 Posted January 19, 2016 I have a Jenny Craig scale. It has many different functions but the only way I use it is to get my weight. LOL! If I were to buy a new one I think I would go for one of the blue tooth scales that will literally post your weight to your iPhone. But really, I just haven't felt like I need to spend the money, my Jenny Craig scale works great and at least I got something out of all the money I spent there! LOL! I certainly did not lose weight, hated their nasty food that cost an arm and a leg.
Pillar2butterfly 391 Posted January 19, 2016 I have my standard dial scale, had it for years. I don't need to have anything fancy, just use the same one and as long as it's going down and not up...I'm happy.
James Marusek 5,244 Posted January 19, 2016 I had a problem with my old scale. It was inaccurate. I would step on the scale and take a measurement then a few minutes later repeat this and obtain two totally different numbers. Sometimes they were off by 2 pounds. I found this totally unacceptable. So I bought a new scale. I purchased a Beurer Model BF66 at Bed Bath and Beyond. It measures weight in 0.2 pound increments. And most importantly the measurements are repeatable. It has a large number reading so I don't have to put on my glasses to read the scale. It goes up to 330 pounds maximum which was fine for me. It has a number of fancy features, none of which I use. JamieLogical 8,710 Posted January 19, 2016 I've had this one for a few years. Works for me. I like that it's easy to clean. The one downside to it is that it lets you save user profiles and now that my husband and I are almost exactly the same weight, it can't tell who is who! http://smile.amazon.com/dp/B004L6NTHU

I have had to for about 2 years and although it's made to Bluetooth to my phone it has never actually worked. Maybe I need to email Withings .... And shop for a new scale! 2goldengirl 2,076 Posted January 19, 2016 I have a Tanita body fat monitor It saves profiles (height, age, gender) for up to four people. I get my weight and a body fat percentage based on electrical impedance. I weigh first thing in the morning, and the body fat percentage isn't the most accurate at that time of day, but it's very good at telling me Water gains and losses, which is great. If I get on and my weight is up, but body fat is down, that's Water.< /p> I've had it for about ten years. it consistently weighs 2-3 lbs. heavier than my doctor's offices (any of them) I'm totally fine with that. I think I spent about $80 on it and it's certainly more than paid for itself. They're less expensive now, and with more features.

lisacaron 5,075 Posted January 19, 2016 I have the fitbit scale. I have had it for years since the very first one came out and I have to say I love the thing! It does take pretty accurate weights as well as BMI and it allows you to track it along with your fitbit on profile. Eventually the scale I had stopped syncing with the upgrades to technology software in both modems and routers so I messaged fitbit and then sent me a new replacement scale for FREE, and I did not have to send the old scale back to them. I have to say they are one of the most stand up companies I have come across they truly stand behind their products and will replace and trouble shoot them with minimal inconvenience to you the customer.
