Roberto Molina 6 Posted January 19, 2016 After taking my daily dose of multiple Vitamin i feel very hungry... its that normal? It makes me real anxious because i dont wanna do something stupid like eat out of hours of grab the first thing to get satisfied. Any advice? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
cindyw41 761 Posted January 19, 2016 (edited) At night I usually have a cup of tea after my vitamins/pills (I still have to crush my pills). In the morning have them before Breakfast. naturegirl 320 Posted January 19, 2016 My Biotin makes me sick if not taken with food. The multi Vitamins are often fine without, but since I take them in the morning I often taken them around the time that I have Breakfast. I've noticed that my problem tends to come from consuming too much Water when I swallow them which leaves me feeling crummy for a few minutes. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
