I go days (5-7) without having a BM, I forget to take something to get things moving because unfortunately I have always had this problem and it doesn't hurt. Then all of the sudden, I have diarrhea! Kristin7676 32 Posted January 18, 2016 took me almost 2 weeks before I had a BM. and only once this week. I also have no pain. My surgeon wasn't to concerned since I wasn't having pain. I do take a Senkot daily and was thinking of going to twice a day. Haven't had the issue with diarrhea though Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
