Is spaghetti squash ok to eat??? I'm in pre op, I have about 1 month before I start my 2 week pre surgery diet.... I was thinking it was ok.... But now I'm reading my list and it only says Summer Squash... Any one know?

Spagetti sqaush is awesome! I just cut them in half clean out the seeds and roast them on the grill or bake it in the oven. So good with chicken parm or any dish. It's a life saver for me.

Yes! I made boats today , the had no meat because we grilled chicken as well! I love Pinterest!!
