Nausea is,sadly , a part of this for some of us. I deal with it almost daily even after a year. I take zofran with me everywhere I go. But I'd rather be nauseated every day for the rest of ,y life than be 250 lbs again. Hang in there.

I am so sorry you are feeling so ill. Definitely ask for help... my doctor gave me this super duper NEXIUM powder that kept me from feeling so sick. The first month is the worst, but you'll always have to be careful how much you eat.

Be patient, and keep getting on the scale. Every day is a pleasant surprise.. that's why you did this, right??? Good luck.
