readyforachange84 10 Posted January 17, 2016 Ladies I always have cravings and eat way too much during pms. Is something that will still happen once I have the sleeve? If so what do you do to control it?
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted January 17, 2016 You might still have cravings if they are mental. There are lots of low carb options to solve your cravings. Protein shakes come in a lot of flavors. You might find that you don't have them at all. Surgery kind of detaches you from food.
tera1982 194 Posted January 17, 2016 I haven't had a period since VSG surgery 12/08/15. It is definitely all crazy, I'm assuming because of all the hormone fluctuations as it is usually pretty regular. I do think it's coming any day though because I am eating a bit more than normal(since surgery). I am curious about this as well...following.

Josey Quinn 187 Posted January 17, 2016 I had my first post-op period recently. I did have cravings, but they were muted. I didn't eat anything off my plan, and the cravings faded quickly.
