I am having a problem with Vitamin choices can anyone tell me the best ones to use. I have my surgery in 4 weeks.

I'm going with Vitafusion Calcium and Multivitamins. I tried BariMelts but they were big and I didn't like them. I forget what brand my Biotin and B12 are.

I take multivitamins and B12 from Kroger. I use Bariatric Advantage for Calcium.
