barber44 12 Posted January 15, 2016 I have hit my goal weight 205. Trying to plan off. Having a hard time. Has anyone else experienced this. My face has thinned out a lot . Kind of look sickly . What you are currently consuming would also be important. What does plan off mean? WildGrits 101 Posted January 15, 2016 Congrats on hitting your goal weight. I think your talking about a maintenance diet. There are lots of sites with good advice out there if you don't have a Nut.
