Family likes to eat out

I travel a lot it's been very hard!! I ask for a box with my meal I also order something I won't mind eating cold back in my room. When I go out with my family my son will eat my leftovers I don't finish at the restaurant. Or my husband will get seafood that I don't eat and he'll have half my steak.

They also said they want me to get plenty of salt to help retain Water....

Yeah, I have had issues with LOW blood pressure post-op. All those years of trying to watch my sodium intake before surgery and now it's hard to get ENOUGH sodium after surgery! My PCP literally wrote "liberally increase intake of salt" in my patient plan when I went to her about the dizzy spells I'd been having. Definitely a huge adjustment.
