A New KK 104 Posted January 14, 2016 Someone here posted about GENEPRO unflavored Protein powder. You can add it to anything. I'm on pureed foods so I mix a scoop of that in to whatever I'm eating and that helps me get to the right number of grams. It is so hard to get down 60 g Protein and 64 ounces of Water a day. I feel like I'm constantly trying to force something down. My surgery date was 11/19. It's getting easier though and the GENEPRO helped. I even add it to bouillon, mix it in the nutribullet and that way I get extra fluids in.

hgremmel 5 Posted January 14, 2016 I am also struggling with Protein. My clinic gave me a sample pack of Unjury flavorless powder...it is tolerable. Sprinkle or mix with Soups, drinks etc
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted January 14, 2016 I liked ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates (either in concentrated form over crushed ice or diluted). They gave them to me while I was still in the hospital over crushed ice and I found them really helpful for getting in my Protein. Now, I occasionally add them to my Water bottle. You might also want to try Syntrax Nectars or Isopure. Both are clear Protein.
