redsoxbroad 0 Posted January 14, 2016 I'm in that weird limbo period between doctor's visits...still awaiting a surgery date and getting really impatient! I have my final clearance next week, and final appointment with the surgeon following that. I feel like if I don't hurry up and get this surgery I'm going to chicken out...anyone else feel that way? Hating the waiting game...

lylac2002 9 Posted January 21, 2016 Hi. I am on Long Island. Have a date of 2/1/16. Started the liquid diet. Its hard when you have to cook for the crew and you can not eat it! Curious to know if anyone went through surgery currently on pain med. Need to take daily. Any advise, thanks

In between that I think I just thought " oh well, can't do nothing about it , It does go quick. I think I focused on eating things I liked, because once the liquid diet starts, thats it. I am starting my second week of liquid diet which is fine. Don't chicken out because think if you do and then Decide to do this again, back to square one. Stay strong! Juhygtfrdsd 154 Posted January 25, 2016 I am.. Calling them in a few minutes i have read some horror stories of people getting the surgery because the doctor say thwy will be approved only to be denied later on and stuck with a bill...so i nees to make sure that does not happen to me or we gonna have a hell of a lawsuit...having ins is NO guarantee they will pay for anything... I do medical billing so i know the routine.
