Saturatedbygrace 4 Posted January 12, 2016 I am down 72 pounds but in the past few weeks I am not losing. I eat low calorie. not sugar, healthy, and working out at least 6 days a week. However, I am feeling hungry much more. I know I've lost quite a bit already but get a little discouraged. Any advice or help!!
OneDollarBill 371 Posted January 12, 2016 Do you take measurement? I started keeping a spreadsheet before surgery. My weight will "stall" out sometimes for a month, but my measurements are still going down. It helps me keep my sanity when it feels like I am going no where on the scale. Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted January 13, 2016 Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the weight loss process. None of us lose at a constant or steady rate. We all will experience stalls in our weight loss periodically. Almost everyone experiences their first stall about three weeks after surgery. Just follow your program. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and Fluid. Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed. And, exercise. Embrace the Stall! http://BariatricPal.com/index.php?/topic/351046-Embrace-the-Stall
