I feeling 61 years young what I've lost so far....just think when I hit 62!! Congratulations! thanx my friend you're another Newbie that i saw grow up, while your weight went down (just like @Babbs) i know you lowered your goal, almost down to your lower new goal weight!!! you are aces, wonderful, terrific!!! fear of death and taxes!!! i had to say those nice words to you thanx to you for always being a sweetie see you around the neighborhood @@4MRB4PHOTO Happy belated birthday and congratulations on the fantastic effort you put in to lose that excess weight and keep it off! thanx dude - it is harder to keep weight off - in past "regular" life, many of us lost the weight - hard to keep it off (or maintenance) so gained it back - that's why i had WLS now that i have lost the weight with the "assistance" of the sleeve - i still have to work hard with all the rules i've learned to maintain if i gain a bit, i try and nip it in bud to loose right now i'm 8.s lbs over goal (gotta be honest with myself) i am confident i will loose that weight, but might take longer than when i was first sleeved @@Julie norton Happy day.
