ididit34 91 Posted January 12, 2016 i just really started routinely exercising about three weeks ago. I started walking, now I've incorporated the elliptical trainer and weights. rnsamantha 352 Posted January 12, 2016 I do Tabata, which is similar to HIIT. I lift weights 4 days/week, cardio (typically running on the treadmill or stairclimber) 6 days/week. Lifting weights has helped me build muscle--and I like to think it's helping with loose skin, but there's still some problem areas. If financially feasible I highly recommend a personal trainer, as working with mine has helped me become more comfortable/less intimidated by the weights section of the gym, and she keeps me from getting stuck in the same routine!
