schel 0 Posted July 26, 2007 Ok so I already posted here and this is my first day back and baby steps. I resisted the cupcakes on my counter at home... I resisted the m&m Cookies someone brought into work and ate my grapes... I exercised 15 minutes on my Gazelle when I said I was only going to do 10 this morning. I have had an egg and egg white, 1/2 cup blueberries, coffee with my sugar free cream, A Boca chicken Burger minus the bun, had a 2% slice of cheese on it with a fresh garden Tomato cut up on it. and Now I am still at work and all I can think about is food and that it is 6:31 PM and I should not be eating before going to bed. I do not get out of here until 7:30 PM and have to be back at 8:00 AM tomorrow AM. Ok, I have wrote it down and now am going to make sure I do not mess up the first day back!!!
