Nurse_Lenora 903 Posted January 9, 2016 So, my partner is joining me on a lot of aspects of my diet. I am eating my high Protein jell-o and she is not a jell-o lover at all so she has requested sugar free pudding. So, I bought sugar free chocolate pudding and because she wanted it to be high Protein I made it with vanilla Protein shake. But it just occurred to me now that its made and in the fridge that it may not set properly due to lack of milk. Has anyone made pudding with Protein Shake? Was it a disaster or did it turn out ok? As for me, fingers crossed!

Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted January 9, 2016 You can make sugar free pudding with Protein powder. If you want a Protein pudding that already has protein, I like the WonderSlim Dark chocolate.

RickM 1,752 Posted January 9, 2016 I make my Protein pudding with both Protein Powder and greek yogurt. To me, using strictly protein powder (in the normal one scoop per cup of milk ratio,) had too much of that Protein Shake taste to it, so I cut it back to on scoop powder, one cup milk and one cup plain greek yogurt. This yields a pudding without any whey powder taste and just a hint of tartness from the yogurt and isn't overly sweet like many things can be post-op. Sophie74656 1,572 Posted January 9, 2016 you want something delicious? If you have an ice cream maker take your loose pudding and run it in the ice cream maker. It makes good ice cream
