jesusa_mari 11 Posted January 8, 2016 I was cleared for purée foods yesterday and I'm afraid to eat the wrong things! I've created a routine with my Protein and Water that eating would interrupt it!! Remmy75 32 Posted January 8, 2016 Just start slow and see what works for you. I started with cottage cheese and greek yogurt. They are both good blasts of Protein. Then I added in some scrambled eggs. Then I made egg salad too and that was tasty. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
JamieLogical 8,713 Posted January 8, 2016 The key is to eat VERY slowly and in tiny amounts and see what works. If something doesn't sit well with you, then hold off on eating it again for a week or so. My nutritionist did tell me not to give up on a food if it made me feel uncomfortable the first time I tried it, because the next time I tried it, it might be just fine. A New KK 104 Posted January 8, 2016 Also, someone posted here about GENEPRO unflavored Protein powder with 30 grams of Protein. I had a hard time finding thing I could tolerate at first.
