Trooper Wifey 7 Posted January 8, 2016 I'm not sure if I'm doing it incorrectly, or its just not a great powder. I've been trying to add it to things to add more Protein. I've added it to Soup and it just chunks in the Soup. I've whisked it, stirred it and it was like eating soup with chunks. I used it in hot chocolate too, and the same thing happens. Am I doing something wrong?
jhclikesshopping@gmail.com 285 Posted January 8, 2016 its a hard one. Check out Nik's article - she is right about how to mix it up so not to have lumps. http://www.bariatricfoodie.com/bf-basics-how-to-make-hot-protein-drink/ Also - for Protein in my Soups, I really mix it following Niks article - take a small amount of broth to build the paste and then mix it. With the rest of the Soup.< /p> also - do not be afraid to use the shakers. The pure pressure from the shaking does wonders with the clumps. These shakers are at GNC for cheap. LadiSani 59 Posted January 8, 2016 Protein Powder is very sensitive to high heats. Too hot and it clumps.
