CowgirlJane 14,260 Posted February 2, 2016 Many people feel sad about giving up over eating. I think it is very helpful to look at before and afters, read success stories and focus on your own dreams. food in excess is like that bad boyfriend, sure makes you feel good in the moment but let's you down over the long haul. Obesity damaged my body and limited my life. Gaining the freedom that being trim brings is worth way more than the temporary "pleasure" of overeating brings. I am 4 years post op and I still look at my own before and afters to remind myself just how worth it this is!
jubug 9 Posted February 2, 2016 I am having surgery on February 15th. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. It definitely helps to read and watch videos about what to expect...so glad I found out about this app so I can connect and stay connected. ????
