When do I stop regretting my Gastric Bypass?

Regretting WLS immediately after surgery is very common! Lots won't say it because it can be seen as a weakness or they might feel ashamed. I felt very regretful post op. It lasted maybe 4 months, and of course that was around the time I started feeling normal and my weight loss was incredible. I have a feeling that will be the case for you as well @Velados

I'm 7months after surgery and I regretted it for a few months. Now I'm happy and 40kgs lighter. I'm able to eat all foods now. Just smaller portions. Hang in there!! You'll get over this hurdle.

I'm 3 weeks out and struggling with this. I needed to hear that I'm not alone.

I felt that way immediately after my surgery. For me, luckily, it passed at about 3 weeks. I'm just over 4 weeks out now.
