Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted January 3, 2016 I agree with others. Walk and move around. Most of mine was in my shoulder so a heating pad was helpful, too.
mykdzmom 387 Posted January 3, 2016 I would roll from side to side, pull knees up into chest ( best I could) and believe it or not do arm rolls to keep it out of my shoulders. That seemed to move the gas around so that when I walked I could pass it easier. Hang in there.
ckcford 8 Posted January 3, 2016 Mrs. Santiago, I'm right with you! Had my surgery on 12/29 & I have so much pain! When I try to walk it feels like my stomach weighs 800lbs & I'm gonna rip the stitches open!?!?? I can barely get any Fluid down & it's spasms so bad?!?!?? If I lose weight it's gonna be from starvation!!!!! I'm so frustrated!!!! ????
goddess977 68 Posted January 3, 2016 Walk walk walk. It will pass. Took me a full week post op before all the gas left. No meds would touch the pain.
