amazon 579 Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) I dropped in steps, had lots of plateaus. You'll get through it, just keep working your plan. It's very normal :-) Edited January 2, 2016 by amazon
wannaBthinsoon 1,634 Posted January 2, 2016 yup! they suck alright. But, this is not a race, it's a marathon. Just keep at it. We all get stuck, and we all have to do something to make that scale move again. change up the routine, or the diet and the scale will move again. I have yet to achieve my goal, by following the rules. So, I just keep at it. Stay positive...don't quit or give up. We took drastic steps to lose it, so just be patient. shriner37 249 Posted January 2, 2016 @@chickenmommy25 Yes, they are very frustrating. Unfortunately they are part of the process. I'm 3 1/2 months out and have now experienced three of them. Each time I just stayed on my program and the weight loss picked back up when my body was ready. A stall is a good opportunity for us to re-evaluate our routine to make sure we are still doing what we are supposed to. I know this last time I had let a few slider type foods and Snacks slip into my routine. The stall forced me to look at my nutrition and realize that I was not completely following my plan. Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted January 2, 2016 It's all in how you look at them. Stalls or plateaus are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the weight loss process. If you intend to lose a lot of weight you will stall periodically throughout your journey. The alternative is to go back to old, pre-op yo-yo dieting behavior.
