I didn't get good all my Protein in for a few weeks and 64 oz of Water took me even longer. Now I can drink water like I did before surgery so it's easier. Hang in there. This time next week it will be so much better.

I had mine at 9:00am and was home by 3:00pm. My surgery went very smoothly and I had absolutely no issues.
